IBM CoE has been inaugurated by HH. Shrimant Jyotiraditya Scindia on 16/02/2011.
IBM plays a significant role in improving the quality of an Engineer through its IBM software Centre of Excellence. IBM provides all the software and resource materials, students get much exposure and scope to know about the latest trends and requirements in the IT industry. IBM also focuses keenly on blue scholars who successfully completed two IBM certifications and IBM TGMC project submission.
The benefit of IBM certifications and blue scholar certificate are enormous. Students get much insight about the latest tools which help them to complete their regular academic project. This kind of industry recognized certifications will enable the student to perform well in their campus placement. These kinds of extracurricular activities will attract the employer to select the students.
Since 2010 MITS Gwalior is focusing more on IBM Initiative activities.
